  • Standard Shipping (2-30 kg): $8.99 CAD
  • Express Shipping (up to 2 kg): $9.99 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $75 CAD

United States Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders to the United States:

  • Standard International (0.5-1.5 kg): $4.99 CAD
  • Standard International (1.5-30 kg): $8.99 CAD
  • Express International (up to 1.5 kg): $9.99 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $75 CAD

European Shipping

We ship to the following European countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

  • Economy International: Free shipping
  • Standard International: $7.99 CAD
  • Express International: $9.99 CAD

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

  • Economy International: Free shipping
  • Standard International: $7.99 CAD
  • Express International: $9.99 CAD
  • Canada Post Carrier-Calculated Rates: Available for select destinations (rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

Pure Luxe Beauty Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
